HOW DO I USE THESE SPICE BLENDS?
Each spice blend packet marinates around 1 lb of any meat and takes 1 minute to prep.
Step 1: Mix 1 spice blend packet with a 1/4 cup of yogurt or olive oil.
Step 2: Coat 1 pound of any meat with the marinade thoroughly.
Step 3: Refrigerate the marinated meat for at least an hour - overnight is ideal.
Step 4: Cook the meat any way you'd like and enjoy!
WHAT TYPE OF MEAT WORKS BEST?
Any meat will explode with flavor when marinated using these spice blends.

WHY SHOULD I USE YOGURT TO MAKE A MARINADE?
Yogurt is the marinade GOAT! Yogurt naturally tenderizes meat (especially chicken!) to force the flavors deep inside and keep it moist during cooking. Yogurt has lower fat and fewer calories than olive oil and is packed with probiotics. We recommend using whole milk yogurt for best results. Learn more.
HOW DO I APPLY THE MARINADE TO MEAT?
Coat the meat evenly and thoroughly with the marinade. For best results, get it into every nook and cranny.
HOW LONG SHOULD I MARINATE THE MEAT?
Marinate the meat for at least an hour - overnight in the fridge is ideal. The longer meat marinates, the better.
DO I WIPE OFF THE MARINADE BEFORE COOKING?
Please don't wipe off any marinade. It keeps the meat moist during cooking and locks in the flavor.
CAN I FREEZE MARINATED MEAT?
Freeze marinated meat for up to 1 month. Thaw it in the fridge before cooking and never re-freeze once thawed.
CAN I COOK WITH LEFTOVER MARINADE?
If the marinade has been in contact with raw meat, please don’t reuse it.

While our spice blends are gluten-free and made with all-natural, high-quality ingredients, they are made in a facility that might process some allergens so please be cautious.

When stored in a cool, dry place, spice blends stay fresh for 24 months.
