Step 1: Mix one packet of spice blend with a 1/4 cup of yogurt or olive oil.
Step 2: Take one pound of any meat and coat it with the marinade thoroughly.
Step 3: Refrigerate the marinated meat for at least an hour - overnight is ideal.
